Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our online catalogue and click on any
items that you wish to buy. This will add your chosen
product to your online basket. You can review your
basket at anytime by clicking on the basket icon
and adding or removing items. Once you are happy with your selection
and are ready to proceed with your payment, click
the checkout now icon and you will move to a secure
server and your payment will be processed. Note the
lock icon at the bottom of your browser to highlight
that you are in a secure area.
Delivery of Goods
Delivery is FREE to all UK addresses.
Customers living in some remote rural areas should
note some delivery services are extended by a few
days.
While we can deliver to Eire, Northern
Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of
Scilly, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey, there is an additional supplement. Please contact homefurniture4u prior to placing you order.
Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 6pm. Currently
the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified
and we do not deliver to multiple addresses. We are not responsible
for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday
and exclude bank holidays. Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be
made direct to your door. We are not responsible
for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.

Exchanges and Refunds
We make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us within a reasonable time of receipt when we will arrange collection of the goods and an appropriate replacement will be dispatched. If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund return postage costs.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order
for you. You will always be emailed with the option
to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Liability

- the Product will be of satisfactory quality.
Payment
Payment is usually by credit or debit card and is
processed shortly after the order is placed using WorldPay. This
is to protect us from card fraud. Cheques are acceptable
as a form of payment and should be made payable to homefurniture4u and sent to the Head Office atUnit 14, Burnbank Industrial Estate, Burnbank Road, Falkirk, FK2 7PE. Cheques will be cleared
before Products are despatched.
HomeFurniture4u is
entitled to refuse any Order placed by you.
If your Order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance
to you by an email to the email address you have
given us on the Order.
You undertake that all details you provide to us
for the purpose of purchasing Products or services
which may be offered by us on our website will be
correct, that the credit or debit card which you
use is your own and that there are sufficient funds
or credit facilities to cover the cost of any Products
or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation
and verification of the authenticity of your credit
or debit card details before providing you with any
Products or services.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturers
defect for 12 months.

All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
